Cancellation Policy

1. In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped.
2. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

Returns can be made within 3 days.

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Return availability is mentioned on each product page. The return policy of any product may be updated without prior notice.
2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests if:

• There is a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design, or
• An item is missing, wrong, or damaged in a combo order.

Once the returned product is picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the same mode of transaction.

NOTE FOR RETURNS

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must have its original packaging and tags intact.
• Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (refer to the product page) will not be accepted.
